– Deposit of 30 % of the total amount of the stay at the time of booking
– Final Payment of 70 % on site

IN CASE OF CANCELLATION
In case of booking cancellation the following penalties will be charged:

30% deposit payment if the cancellation is made before midday fifteen days before check-in date
(e.g., if check-in date is April 30th cancellation deadline within 12:00 a.m. April 15th )

–In case of Group 30% deposit payment if the cancellation is made before midday thirty days
before check-in date (e.g., if check-in date is April 30thcancellation deadline within 12:00 a.m.
March 30th )

50% of the total stay amount if the cancellation is made between midday of the 15th day prior to
check-in date and midday of the day before check-in date (e.g., if check-in date is April 30th –
cancellation deadline is April 29th before midday)

100% penalty (non refundable) of the total stay amount if the cancellation is made after midday one
day before check-in date.
